“Got my Samsung Frame TV here and Josh has provided such excellent customer service! I came in knowing what size TV I wanted and he pulled out a few for me to test out as I wanted to make sure I get the once I like. He was patient with me and was very knowledgable on each tv he tested out. He then helped me load it in my car and later that night I had a question about the warranty and he was swift with the response. On top of the great service, they were such genuine people. I would definitely go back for my next TV purchase. Thanks Josh!!”

So much so, that I came back 2 months later to build another computer. And wouldn't you know that the MSI GeForce RTX 4090 price came WAY down. So my wife gave me her bad*** 4080 build and she's got the best of the best. All for a damn good prices and again, This tech crew Know What there Doing! I seriously appreciate yall for all your work. “I was not able to make a phone call nor receive phone calls with my Iphone 14 pro max but I could receive text messages. I went to Spectrum mobile store. They could not help me. I went to this Best Buy store on Pleasant PI, Arlington Texas. The young gentleman named Trevor from the Geek Squad got my phone working within one min. He is so helpful. Best Buy Geek Squad can fix any electronic devices. They are the best.”

Metro at this location has demonstrated that today. I actually was referred by my sister to come see Nabeel Khan but he was not available until Saturday. So a young gentleman by the name of Ali and his Co workers were very pleasant and did not hesitate to help me with my phone issue eventhough it may have not been their problem. Jose is the manager at this location, he helped me and so did Kennedy-Kennedy was transparent and asked the right queries to narrow down what I might need and want.
Jose is an absolute pleasure to work with – The was the best phone experience I could ask for. It was not transactional. Jose provided insight on our plan and what options we had and might be better off considering financially. He knows his way around all these devices expertly. I had to return at least one time for some technical issues he again treated me with respect and dignity as he did everyone in the store. His manners are stellar and professionalism exceptional. Jose lives to do the right thing—Thank you!”
