I've never really run into any problems. They have been responsive when I've had needs or questions. And I don't know who said they closed at noon, but they don't. Different branch lobbies close anywhere from 3pm - 6pm. Just call. No biggie.”

“So here we are 23 years with the same bank. I travel for a living and transfer money from my personal account into my business account as needed. On this occasion I drove from Dallas to Houston. I had around $800 come out for rent earlier in the day where I keep my rv in Houston. I purchased fuel and that evening before going grocery shopping I checked my account on the app around 5pm. I had a couple of hundred dollars showing positive. I purchased my groceries went to my rv and had a nice dinner. The next day I open the app and my account is negative. I transfer money to bring it positive. Well a day later I have two over draft charges totaling $66 for the gas and groceries. I call the bank and ask to speak to my account manager. She begins to tell she won't refund the charges. I asked to speak to her supervisor a Ms Jones. I politely ask her to have Ms Jones call me. My new account manger calls with great news the can approve one of the over drafts to be removed. Linda Jones called and understood what the problem was. She refunded all my money. Good Job!”
“I have been a LiFE Credit Union customer for 7 years and always appreciate the personal service from the people who know me by name and are like family. Whenever I need a loan, they make it so easy! I just refinanced my truck loan to cover some boat repairs and Rhode at the Unicorn Lake branch took care of everything by email. I never had to leave my desk! The sweet lady inside was helping me trying to get my money back I explained that my lights had been cut off and it was like that for 4 days( she so kindly asked me I needed help, said that she would help me said no one should go through that ) she was so sweet and very Efficient, she explained everything very thoroughly to me and is helping me get my money back, I just hate that I forgot her name( a young lady with black hair )”
“From the manager to the cleaning staff, this place rocks! They go out of their way to help customers, make calls within bank to bank, to help their clients resolve issues. For being as big as they are, they have not totally lost site of their purpose. I would have given them 5 stars but they mandate their employees to get vaccinated or fired and they all wear masks. Can't understand their muffled voices sometimes and if their ask vaccinated, why have them? And forcing any American to do something against their body and will, is un-American. But they did give me a free business account for being further military.”

“I love Point Bank, Aubrey TX! The most personalized “small town service” imaginable. I had a security breach on my SSN as someone tried to use it to secure employment. Yikes! I figured next step was bank account. The bank employee dropped everything to help me set up an outsourced monitoring system for my accounts and walked me through the whole process. (It was a hot day and didn’t mind my dog coming inside too.) I am SO grateful for this help and feel confident my info is secure now.
