Austin Express Auto Parts is a professional business. They are fast and work with customers. The staff are willing to help in the office. They have used parts and can provide what is needed in an emergency. Austin Express Auto Parts is recommended for used parts. They try to be helpful, even if they do not have a specific part. The business has a cluttered yard with limited parking and assistance outside, but the staff are helpful in the office.
Not the greatest place, but the service i got was beyond what I expected! The salesman ( can't remember his name) was awesome. I didn't have enough money for a new tire. But made sure I didn't leave empty handed. I got what I needed at a good price! Thank you! You gave me a huge break i desperately needed.
