The worst bank anyone could chose. They lack customer service, terrible communication. Can’t ever get ahold of who you need to. Constant fraud warnings on every purchase. You are better off going American Express than this bank. It’s ridiculous how little this bank cares for its customers

Do not get a car loan here!! You will never see your title!! Never sent my title after paid in full and it's out of their hands they said!! Bad customer service!!!!
