Great staff who are very helpful. The waiting area was very clean. Easy to pass by the building because the entrance is just past an overgrown area of trees and bushes. Passed it, even with maps, and had to go around and come back. Slow down when maps says it is .2 miles.

As far as this branch is concerned, we opened our accounts here and have always had 5 star service. The policies of RBFCU (having to maintain accounts with $1, having to make change by depositing and withdrawing, and my experience with bill pay was horrible), these should not reflect on the good people of this branch.
