“I have used Autocraft for years. They are the only shop I’ll take my Tesla to. In this most recent incident, State Farm wanted to total my car, which was perfectly drivable. They just didn’t think it was worth fixing. But Autocraft worked with them and ended up convincing them to pay for the entire thing, and all I paid was my $250 deductible! Outstanding customer service, and of course, their craftsmanship is second to none! Best in town, no doubt about it. Cristian was my service manager and he is not only respectful and thoughtful, but extremely on the ball and knows how to get the job done. If you have a luxury car that needs body repairs, these guys are the way to go.”

I cannot say enough good things about Volvo of Austin and especially salesperson John Knorre. “My best friend has a saying “ You meet your friends a long time before you need them”. Here’s my Review and advice - I Grew up in the Body shop business in Austin and my dad had a shop for over 30 years. I have managed Dealerships to owning 2 Locations in Nashville myself. Needless to say I’m well versed in this area. I moved back to the Austin area in 2007. I then Managed the Premier Shop in Leander H & R Auto Body for 8 years I retired in 2017 from there.
This year H&R owners sold their business to a well deserved retirement. Wouldn’t you know it, my wife was rear ended in her SUV a few weeks ago. There is only one other shop I was willing to take my car to that I knew I could trust and get a quality repair and would work with my insurance company to see so. I have known the owner since High School and was very familiar with his quality of work. Jeff’s Auto body in Austin. Jeff took care of us like family, Jeff,, Joe and the rest of his crew are awesome. Thank, Jeff and I highly recommend him for any collision repairs. It’s the only place to choose. Jeff is very efficient with handling the claim and takes all of the pain out of the process. My Slogan for my shops was “Your Collision Decision”. Jeff’s should be your collision decision and all you have to do is just give me the keys. They do all the things necessary for a quality repair.

“AAA certified means I didn’t need to shop around. We just got the estimate and went with it. (Dented rear bumper)
Erica and James at the front end helped us feel welcome from the moment we stepped in.
Service manager. Michael carefully explained the issues, that we may have damage underneath the dented bumper.
Final results are outstanding!
Michael even added clearcoat to the top window bars.
Lexi looks great!
Prices are typical for the industry
The main thing is customer service and customer care which cannot be beat.
We will be back, hopefully not too soon, for our next bumper dent.

“I reached out to them describing issues with my car characteristic of a blown head gasket. I tried to get clarification over the phone, but they told me I needed to come in to have it diagnosed. I did, and sure enough it was confirmed that it was a blown head gasket. Their proposed estimate was 10K to fully replace the engine.
I understand it is a smallish shop and they don't have space or time available to replace the head gasket. If that's the case, be upfront with your client and tell them you are unlikely to be able to address the issues, instead of making them pay to tow the car, pay the diagnostic fee, and then effectively turning them away.
Probably fine for an oil change or a check up, but I would go somewhere else for more significant work.
Edit: After reading my review Rising Sun reached out to me to apologize and offer a refund. The effort and integrity to reach out and make things right definitely left a good impression.
It seems you can count on them to do right by you regardless of the circumstances.”

“I brought my 2020 Tesla Model X here to fix some scuffing I recently got on my car. The paint was scratched as well as the front plastic fender on the driver's side. The technicians took time to understand the issue, then presented potential solutions with a cost breakdown, which was straightforward and fair. I got the sense that the technicians cared more about fixing the car and doing quality work than they cared about trying to drain my bank account. Everyone I spoke to was friendly, the customer service was excellent, and the work they did was perfect. I'm very satisfied with their work and will be a customer for life.”

“I'm a year overdue, but I came to these guys when another driver messed up my front bumper & lights when I was parked at work. I brought my car over to Qualitek because it was close to my home at the time. I think Nathan was the first guy I spoke with, he was real upfront with me, kept it 100 as far as having my car fixed. He basically told me that he wouldn't be able to make any promises & that it would be an all or nothing situation with the car being fixed. They kept me posted with any & every update on a daily and/or weekly basis. Unfortunately, I was not able to get my car back due to insurance claims, but the customer service that I had with Nathan, Eddie, and the owner(forgot his name) is something that I appreciate & would never forget.
