Best Buy is a store where customers keep returning because they are consistently helpful, competitively priced, and almost always have what is needed. People find good quality merchandise, from TVs and laptops to specific items like a router hub network switch, which are in stock and work flawlessly. The staff, including managers and Geek Squad employees, are extremely informative, helpful, knowledgeable, and exceptional with their customer service. They offer guidance without trying to oversell, are overly helpful, and talk customers through what they may need. Many experiences are very easy, allowing customers to be in and out quickly. Employees are clearly an asset to the company, making customers very comfortable with their knowledge and willing to take their business there in a heartbeat.
Was shopping for a tv since mine started flashing on and off. Sales associates very helpful, low pressure and respectful of my needs. Ended up with just what I needed! They even offered to help me carry out my purchase.
