Unfortunately they did not have the item I needed as it was discontinued. Robert went above and beyond his service by providing me with an alternative. Along with searching high and low for my original part. I have nothing but the highest regards for Guardian and Robert.”
“I always prefer getting gas at Sam’s Club because it’s very convenient and easy to access. The process is usually smooth, and the lines move quickly even when it’s busy.
The fuel quality feels very similar to Costco, and compared to many other gas stations, both the price and the quality are noticeably better. That’s the main reason I keep coming back — it’s consistently reliable and a great value.
Another thing I really appreciate is that there’s always an attendant available if you need help, which is very valuable and reassuring.
Overall, this is my go-to place for gas every time.”

“The Sam's at Arboretum messed up my cake order but the Bakery at South Park meadows came through and decorated a cake for me on the spot. They were so sweet and accommodating and the cake is beautiful.”
“Great food court with great deals on the pizza and hotdogs (1$ for a huge slice of pizza and 1.50 for a hotdog and a drink.) Their is not mutch seating so have someone find a table while order at the kiosk and wait about a muinet and a half for your food. Also note that around one it gets packet and it is impossible to find a table so get their a little early. Lastly all of the other items like the chicken bake/sandwich are good but just a bit priceyer.”

I love that since these pieces are solid hardwood my family can be hard on them, but they still look amazing with minimal effort on my part. “Update: The appointment to install the tire that I purchased went well. They even checked all my tire's pressures when I asked them. There was another mechanic on duty and someone else was actually working the desk. Good move Sam's!Ordered a tire last week and they said they would call when it came in to schedule an appointment for installation. No one called. I tried to call and make an appointment because I called customer service and they said my tire was in. The phone lines were too busy for someone local to answer. I went to the same store to try and schedule an appointment. I waited at the desk for about 15 minutes without anyone coming out.So I called Sam's store itself to try and get someone to help me. The phone rang for about 9 minutes without anyone answering. Finally someone answered and they walked over to the tire department and had to get the service agent to come out and help me. He was the only one in the department.They may be having trouble finding people to work installing tires but they should at least have someone at the desk to help members.”

“This location is very convenient to get to when I'm doing my frequent route along MoPac. Their gas price is always lower than other stations around, and I get cash back when I use my Sam's Club credit card. But what I'm really happy about lately is that they now have window washing squeegees! For the longest, forever time, they had nothing to wash your windows with, so for me and my car, this is great.”
“Came in because of a TPS alert on my car wasn't sure what the problem was, spoke with Louis who took a look at my car and told me there was no external issue other than low air pressure. Came Friday around 2:30 p.m. quick in and out less than 30 minutes which is very favorable especially for Friday.”

“This Sam's Club location is wonderful !!!! The floral section is fabulous the prices are great & they make arrangements that are so very beautiful !!! We were recently in the store & spoke with the gentleman in the floral section & told him how beautiful the arrangements were. He was very nice & thanked us for our comments & readily pointed out what had been used in the arrangement. We just love shopping here !!!!”
“Like all Costco things, the prices are excellent. The service is pretty good, but not as excellent as other parts of Costco. I knocked down one star just because the lines are long and they don’t seem to make any effort to move people through quickly, so if you go during a busy time, you could be in line for 45 minutes. For the non-prescription vitamins and supplements they carry, this is not an issue.”
“I had to get a new battery and I tried several competitors before trying Sam’s.
They were awesome!!! My wife called to make an appointment and spoke with James who made sure they had my battery in stock. James was so kind during their phone interaction and he even remembered us when we showed up and immediately went to go get the battery we needed! He had us taken care of in 20 minutes tops!!
Cannot recommend this location enough.”

“I’ve had really good experiences with the Sam’s Club Pharmacy. The pharmacist and staff are always friendly and easy to talk to, and they actually take the time to answer questions instead of rushing you out. They explain medications in a way that’s simple to understand and make the whole process smooth.
One time they even helped call my dad’s doctor to get a refill when he was running low on his medication, which meant a lot to our family. You can tell the pharmacist and staff genuinely care about their patients. I definitely recommend this pharmacy.”
