“Really nice local shop, blows big hardware service out of the water! - Always friendly & they are willing to take the time to hear you out, walk you through the options, & even help you learn the tools. I come here first before I go anywhere else in town for tools and hardware gear. Just wish that they had a bigger selection but the tools are quality and the service is top tier.”

“The best custom apparel shop in Austin! Custom Tees By Lee is absolutely outstanding. The quality of the work is exceptional and the level of detail and care that goes into every single piece is truly impressive. I ordered custom shirts for our team event and the results completely blew us all away. The colors were vibrant, the print was crisp and the finished product looked even better than I had imagined. Lee was incredibly professional, communicative and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. The turnaround time was faster than expected and the pricing was very fair for the quality delivered. If you need custom apparel in Austin, Custom Tees By Lee is without a doubt the only place to go!”

“I have used Guardian several times for my company now Strickland Electrical. Twice for a contactor and most recent a cycle sensor relay. Unfortunately they did not have the item I needed as it was discontinued. Robert went above and beyond his service by providing me with an alternative. Along with searching high and low for my original part. I have nothing but the highest regards for Guardian and Robert.”

“I always prefer getting gas at Sam’s Club because it’s very convenient and easy to access. The process is usually smooth, and the lines move quickly even when it’s busy. The fuel quality feels very similar to Costco, and compared to many other gas stations, both the price and the quality are noticeably better. That’s the main reason I keep coming back — it’s consistently reliable and a great value. Another thing I really appreciate is that there’s always an attendant available if you need help, which is very valuable and reassuring. Overall, this is my go-to place for gas every time.”

“Alana is such a wonderful employee. Around 9:00 p.m., when the gas pumps were not working properly, she went above and beyond to help us get fuel for our vehicles. She was constantly running around, helping everyone and doing everything she could to solve the problem. This is honestly the first time I have seen someone in this city work with such dedication, energy, and genuine care for customers. I would like to congratulate the Sam’s Club family for having such a hardworking and devoted employee on their team. Thank you so much, Alana, for your kindness, hard work, and dedication. May God bless you and fill your life with all the beautiful things your heart desires.”

“You can tell they're marketing to boogie types, but hey, we shop there, and l like their wine selection, so I've just incriminated myself. They sell items that are higher end goods. Definitely like to showcase their wine selections to people who don't know all that much about wines, like me, but like to pretend they know something about them. Like me. Somehow they make their presentations look so attractive, slicing up cheese, sausage, and other samples for entice people. Like me.”

“I've ordered several times from Tape Solutions. I couldn't be happier with their staff and the products I've ordered. I'm an avid scrap booker and card maker and I couldn't live without their tape refills and strips of heavy duty double sided tape. They are a fantastic company and I highly recommend them!”

“I bought my pieces from HTD years ago and they still look just as good as the day bought them. I love that since these pieces are solid hardwood my family can be hard on them, but they still look amazing with minimal effort on my part. Just soap & water for cleaning, no harsh chemicals…just love everything about it.”

“This location is very convenient to get to when I'm doing my frequent route along MoPac. Their gas price is always lower than other stations around, and I get cash back when I use my Sam's Club credit card. But what I'm really happy about lately is that they now have window washing squeegees! For the longest, forever time, they had nothing to wash your windows with, so for me and my car, this is great.”

“I’ve had really good experiences with the Sam’s Club Pharmacy. The pharmacist and staff are always friendly and easy to talk to, and they actually take the time to answer questions instead of rushing you out. They explain medications in a way that’s simple to understand and make the whole process smooth. One time they even helped call my dad’s doctor to get a refill when he was running low on his medication, which meant a lot to our family. You can tell the pharmacist and staff genuinely care about their patients. I definitely recommend this pharmacy.”

“Update: The appointment to install the tire that I purchased went well. They even checked all my tire's pressures when I asked them. There was another mechanic on duty and someone else was actually working the desk. Good move Sam's!Ordered a tire last week and they said they would call when it came in to schedule an appointment for installation. No one called. I tried to call and make an appointment because I called customer service and they said my tire was in. The phone lines were too busy for someone local to answer. I went to the same store to try and schedule an appointment. I waited at the desk for about 15 minutes without anyone coming out.So I called Sam's store itself to try and get someone to help me. The phone rang for about 9 minutes without anyone answering. Finally someone answered and they walked over to the tire department and had to get the service agent to come out and help me. He was the only one in the department. They may be having trouble finding people to work installing tires but they should at least have someone at the desk to help members.”

“I had to get a new battery and I tried several competitors before trying Sam’s. They were awesome!!! My wife called to make an appointment and spoke with James who made sure they had my battery in stock. James was so kind during their phone interaction and he even remembered us when we showed up and immediately went to go get the battery we needed! He had us taken care of in 20 minutes tops!! Cannot recommend this location enough.”

“As I mentioned with the other Sam’s Club, I love the prices and options. With that said, my favorite product is sometimes out because they don’t always keep it in stock: freshly squeezed orange ? juice. ? However I LOVE the fact they have it.”

“I went around 10:01 and the parking lot was full. It opens at 10? I wonder if they opened the doors early? I got a few staples: coffee pods and cheese. I also grabbed some amaryllis bulbs and couldn't resist a snack on the way out. 1.50 for a hot dog and a drink. Yes please!”
