Sam's Club Tire & Battery is a business that provides automotive services and general retail shopping. The location includes a Tire and Battery Center where staff are described as professional, understanding, quick, and efficient. The center uses state-of-the-art equipment to mount tires to manufacturer specifications and offers members-only perks like free balance and rotation for the life of the tires. Customers report positive experiences with the tire experts who make recommendations and install tires, noting the best prices on automotive tires.
The broader store is considered wonderful by shoppers, with specific praise for its fabulous floral section. The floral arrangements are noted as very beautiful, with great prices and staff who are very nice and helpful. The store also has a gas station that typically offers the cheapest gas in the area. The gas station is conveniently located and provides amenities like window cleaner squeegees and coverage from rain and sun. However, the gas reportedly lacks certain detergents, requires a membership, and often has long lines due to traffic flow rules that can make accessing some pumps inconvenient. Payment is limited to card or an app, and hours are shorter than average, resulting in a very no-frills gas experience.
Some customers prefer using the outside pick-up service, finding it smooth despite sometimes excessive waiting periods, as they find the inside of the store to be a madhouse. While the store carries a lot of junk food, it also has many items that suit shoppers' needs. Overall, the business is appreciated for its tire services, floral department, and low gas prices, despite some operational drawbacks at the fuel center.
Verry good service but LINDA WHO LOOKS LIKE A NEW EMPLOYEE NEEDS TRAINING. She was clueless and lacked the skills to have a basic conversation. LINDA's MANAGER PLEASE GUIDE HER IN CAREER -- HER PERFORMANCE NEEDS TO IMPROVE!
