Lady at the counter doesn't want to work. Asked if I could get a flip phone and she said they don't sell them. Point out flip phone on display. She said they don't sell them.

I went to add an account, I have had my account for 5 years. 11:27 am on 6/24/24 and it is closed. A person who was inside the premises didn't even answer or anything. I knocked on the door and it was closed. What horrible customer service. I don't recommend this place.
