They give a ONE YEAR guarantee on all the computers they sell, and the prices are great. The sales guy that I always deal with is TIM GARZA. While I am sure all the sales guys are knowledgeable and helpful, Tim always greets me with a big smile and he answers all of my questions in a way that I can understand. I have never felt such trust and comfort in an auto shop. I recently took my 2008 Lexus RX8 in for an oil change, knowing something was going on with my front left tire, my strut had been leaking. They went above and beyond, notified me there was also an expired recall on my vehicle, something the previous owner did not take care of. Something serious enough to put the car out for good, and out of all the places I’ve been, none had acknowledged it. Long story short, we were able to work together to knock out a little mighty list of things to ensure my safely and the longevity of the vehicle! Lexus is a high value vehicle, meant to run long and strong, and quality care is a necessity.
Forever blessed and thankful for this place. I’d never take my vehicle anywhere else.
PS: They make a folder with all these hand written notes about your vehicle in it. Melted my heart when i saw it. ❤️ Very personal touch.”

“Had accidental liquid damage in my bag wherein water got into two ports, and ruined 20% of the screen entirely. I brought it into Compuzone and they charged a basic "cleaning fee" for $99. Seemed entirely fair. They called 2-3 hours later, had assessed and diagnosed, then orderd replacement screen from Apple. 36 hours later my computer was cleaned, screen replaced and working like new. I did not have Apple Care which I regret. But their service was fast, friendly and incredibly conveniently located downtown. Clear communication, and fair price as well as official Apple replacement part - not third party. Would highly recommend and will come back with any Apple device issues.”

“Amazing experience. I was looking for a new turntable and reached out to Whetstone. Set up an appointment, went and listened to a series of turntables and picked out the one I wanted. No hard sell, just straight up information about which cartridge I should get, the differences between the cartridges, and the differences between the tables. He ordered it, set it up and I picked it up the next week. Brian even remembered a comment I made about how much I like Santana and he threw in a used Santana/Coltrane LP, which turned out to be amazing. Highly recommend.”

The entire staff there is amazing. People overlook pawnshops too often, perhaps because of stigma, but they have a large array of items and tennis shoes for you sneaker heads, which surprised me. So much cool stuff at great prices. I love it!”
