Extended Stay America Select Suites - Austin - Northwest - Research Park

Hotels
Hours: Extended Stay America Select Suites in Austin Northwest - Research Park is an affordable hotel noted for its great, very helpful, kind, and professional staff. Multiple reviews highlight fantastic and welcoming front desk employees and management who treat guests like family, providing excellent customer service, warmth, and character. The team is described as dedicated, hard-working, and always willing to help, making stays smooth and accommodating, especially during difficult times. The rooms are noted as very clean, though the property is dated and could use a touch-up. Some furnishings, like sofa couches, are reported as broken. The complimentary breakfast could use improvement with more variety, more snacks like fruits and cereal, and better coffee availability, as it often runs out early. The Wi-Fi is spotty, though a faster speed is available for a small monthly fee. A significant note is that the hotel has a new owner and management team who are nice but new, and they are working hard to address issues and return many out-of-service rooms to operation. The location is next to a transit center, which is convenient for those without a vehicle.
