After receiving two defective pairs of curry 4s from online, Hermeis did his best to make sure the 3rd pair came fresh. He went as far as locating a store with them in stock, called and made sure the manager inspected the shoe before sending it. Anyone who goes above and beyond gets 5🌟 every time!
