Bought something online that didn’t work return was easy staff helpful

Shopping in the mall for office wear. Sale section was disorganized and overwhelming to look at. While trying on clothing, overheard staff saying they need to sign up more credit card customers. Meanwhile, the service was lacking. Dressing rooms were dusty and need repainting.
