Hampton Inn Austin-North @ I-35 & Hwy 183 offers a variety of guest experiences. Many visitors praise the friendly and attentive staff, highlighting employees like Angelica and Jacob for their outstanding service and warm hospitality. Guests frequently mention the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, with some noting that the rooms are older and may have outdated furniture, but still acceptable for a good stay. The hotel features a peaceful pool area with plenty of floaties and pool accessories, which families and children enjoy. The breakfast receives high praise for its variety and quality, including fresh fruit, omelets, oatmeal, mini waffles, and a well-stocked coffee station, making it a highlight for many guests. Security is also a plus, with a relaxed security guard watching over parked cars at night. However, some reviews point out areas for improvement, such as the age of the rooms and bathroom size, which might not suit everyone. The location is convenient near UT Austin, but during busy times like game days, the area can become crowded and noisy. Overall, the hotel is seen as a good value, especially for families and travelers seeking friendly service and a comfortable atmosphere.
Great stay thank you! “Special thanks to Shante for the great customer service”!!

I frequently stay at this location. The room quality is good but the personal attention given by the staff sets this hotel apart. From the GM all the way to maintenance everyone has the satisfaction of guests as a top priority. I will continue to stay at this location whenever I am in Austin.

The staff were absolutely amazing throughout our stay. Jerome was such a gentleman and all the other employees were very helpful and professional- we were able to stay almost a week and it was great having this as a home base during our stay in Austin.
