“Amzing! Everything! So cute. The outdoor 2nd floor hangout lobby is adorable>>> Couches, café set up, book shelves with everything. The rooms have everything that you never think you wanted, but now you know you needed. I love that they have books to read (awww the little book lights) .The bathrooms are so cute ? (omg) : complimentary bath bombs, ? thank you. I would rent this room just for the bathroom. My only complaint☹️..?? the heated lamps should have been on, bc it was cold.”

“Excellent service! Shoutout to Dallas and Francisco. I had a meeting in the area and the both of them graciously valeted my classic car safely and kept good care of it, which is always a worry downtown. Dallas was especially helpful when picking the car up, and I could immediately tell he had passion for what he does. Should I be in the area I will be back again for sure.”

“This location is perfect and close to everything - it also has the restaurant, coffee shop, and rooftop bar so everything is accessible.
We also loved taking out the bikes and riding all around the lake thanks to Juan’s suggestion (who happen to be super informative, helpful and generous).
We’ll definitely be back!”

“I didn’t stay at the Westin, but I did go to the cocktail lounge inside. On our way out, the gentleman working valet accompanied us to our uber and double checked the drive and license plate for us. I was with two other women. It was such a small, but comforting gesture that we all acknowledged amongst ourselves and very much appreciated!! It was on 02/07 around 9:45! Want to make sure this gentleman gets his recognition!!”

After an issue with the AC in one room, the lady at front desk immediately came up and upgraded us to an even better room straight away. “This is by far one of my favorite Omni Resort's!! I'm always greeted with a smile when I come in. My favorite steakhouse, Bob's, is attached to it so I am always here. Special shoutout to both Lloyd and Emily who are so special and precious and deserve all the love and praise for how kind and sweet they are there to their clients. Come stay here, you will not regret it at all! And the spa is fabulous!”

“Nice change of pace from typical hotels. Felt like a laid back camping party with live music, fire pits, complimentary smores and beverages. Great family spot. If you’re looking for a quiet hotel, this is not the one. However, I was surprised by how the rooms block out most of the outdoor noise. The service was outstanding, which is the primary reason I’m leaving this review. Mo made our stay exceptional. He was courteous and intuitive—offering us what we needed before we even had to request anything. Mo made this a five-star weekend.”

“This is a true 5-star hotel. We spent a week here so I can truly say that the entire staff is super helpful and friendly. All the restaurants are great. Housekeeping is amazing. Gym is large and well appointed. The Goldie’s hostess in the morning is a gem. I would go back again and again.”

“Great location in Austin. Small but extremely nice hotel. Have a nice coffee shop off of their private parking garage. Only downside is the only real food you can get is from a food truck parked outside the coffee shop. Rooms are extremely nice and spacious with a full kitchen. Room was spotless as well! Perfect hotel for a trip to Austin.”

“I've stayed here a handful of times for business now and I really enjoy this place! The staff are so friendly and attentive, the rooms are nice, roomy but cozy and nicely updated. The suites I've stayed in have a nice separation of living and sleeping space, along with a small sink, microwave and mini fridge. I will say the fridges haven't been super cold, but that hasn't been an issue for me yet. The location is great with several restaurant options nearby. The evening buffet style meal and happy hour are excellent! One of my favorite hotels to stay at so far in the area.”

“We were satisfied with the apartment. The fridge was a bit noisy. The noises from the street were clearly audible. The kitchen was large and had everything you need. I loved that it also had a soundbar and a large TV. The apartments are in a good location. There were many bars on the street. The access to the garage is not very suitable for deeper cars.”

“Mona the manager was very nice. The beds were clean, comfortable, like sleeping in a cloud.
When I took a shower, I was shocked to see they provided shampoo, conditioner, soap and body lotion.
I forgot my 30 dollar phone charger and was amazed that the house keeper had it. This was all in all a great experience.”

“I was in town for the Austin International Half marathon and was just winging it on a hotel with no reservation. I chose the Holiday Inn due to it being close to the starting line of the race. Bri was the Front desk clerk and she was so sweet and informative. She was so personable even giving me restaurant suggestions and smiled through all my questions and running stories. The hotel was beautiful and so clean. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've had at a hotel. Such a pleasant stay and will be my go to hotel when I make it to Austin. ❤️”
