“Went in for a test on a Thursday morning. No wait at all and was seen to immediately. The lady struggled to find the vein in one arm, but she found it on the other after a few tries. I was told that I would get results in 2-3 business days. Sure enough, I got an email about my results the following Monday morning. I was in and out of the place in probably less than ten minutes. Will 100% come back here if I ever need more tests done.”

“Lots of paperwork, which is sort of understandable but some seemed redundant. Maybe my injury, once initially assessed, was found to be not as emergent as others there at the time, but it took quite awhile before we were out the door. I realize urgent care is tough to schedule and subject to change as new patients arrive and have to be processed, both administratively and medically. Still, 2.5 hours to stitch a simple laceration and have a head CT seemed excessive to me. The staff were professional and, to their credit, they were apologetic at the length of time it took to complete my urgent care.”
“The nicest and most caring lab for blood draws! I would recommend an appointment, but they do take walk-ins. On time, efficient, reasonable and the phlebotomy technician had the gentlest touch I've ever experienced. Highly recommend.”

“Kayla (Kaylin?) is AWESOME! And I mean awesome. Blood draw, talked me through all of it. I tend to have a hard time with blood draws. Y’all, I have had mosquito bites more uncomfortable than this blood draw. Kayla was as gentle as a whisper with the needle. Minimal wait at 7:30am, staff was well prepared. And just for Kayla, go Celtics!”
“I just left CPL at Southwest Medical Village to get my blood drawn for labs, and Chelsea was INCREDIBLE! She was quick, efficient, and literally painless. Usually (in the past) when I need my blood drawn, it takes so many people to try and find a vein and I leave bruised up and hurting. NOT THIS TIME, because Chelsea found a vein on the first try! I sighed a breath of relief when she got my vein, and so easily, too. If anyone is ever worried about getting blood drawn for whatever reason, just ask for Chelsea and she will take care of you! Thank you so much!”

“I've had to get my blood drawn a bunch of times recently and this site has made the process very convenient. It's often one phlebotomist there and he is extremely efficient and has always been able to get blood on the first try with no pain. I've only had to wait one time for about 15 minutes, but it's generally very quick (under 30 minutes so I don't have to pay for parking).”

“I had a great experience here! It was quick and everyone was so nice! Magda drew my blood and she’s been the only person in 20 years who has been able to get blood from my arm without needing to take it from my hand. I was amazed! She was the sweetest!
They also have seating that was more inclusive and comfortable. I was in and out of there on a late Tuesday morning!”

“Amongst the negative experiences I had a more positive one which is what compelled me to write this review. I arrived early as was requested in my testing email (definitely don’t be late, they have a strict time schedule to follow so they won’t let you in). The parking lot is for a shopping plaza so parking near the right entrance proved to be a bit difficult. All of the people working were very kind and guided me and other test takers through the process. I was nervous due to the bad experiences but things went smoothly. One test taker was sent home due to their phone going off during the test so definitely just leave it in your car to not risk it. During the test, other workers would walk in and out of the room so that was definitely distracting.As far as the exam went the proctors did their best to observe everyone, 6 testers/ 1 proctor. Go in prepared and ready to take your test (set yourself up for success). While testing I realized some of my supplies were missing (for 3 sections!) but I went through the motions to still get points. When all was said and done they handed us our test results as we walked out the door and I am grateful to have passed.”

These group of women that work at this location have been my support system and cheerleaders for months and I can’t thank them enough for their kindness and compassion going through an extremely difficult time in my life. They are the kindest and most hardworking group, and are always so friendly and sweet to everyone that comes through the door!!! I want to note that this review is for the new location and staff across from the Baylor Scott and white hospital. Their previous location down 620 in Lakeway and their old staff was AWFUL and rude!! This is a much better location and staff!!!”
