The women in this store was totally awesome. They get things done. It was very complicated but they were patient with me and got it done I am so excited.

I switched my service to metropcs yesterday because i was tired of paying a high phone bill. When i got there yesterday i was on hold with my previous carrier for quite a while trying to get a transfer pin. Leti (the sales rep) was very patient with me and kind. I readily detest most Metro stores after having bad experiences at them. I reluctantly went to this store figuring that I would also have something bad happen. Well this couldn't be further from the truth. The manager and the lady who assisted me were great! I couldn't be happier with the service I received!
