Kimberly and Gizela were great getting things scheduled, Brent was super professional and gave a thorough explanation of the estimate and what it would take to get everything moved. The real stars were Ray, Joseph, and Steve: showed up on time, did the heavy-lifting, were quick, careful, and made sure all of our stuff was handled with care. Those three guys knocked it out of the park and we’re ao thankful to them for taking care of us!! If you need moved, these are the folks you want.”

After being burglarized multiple times at a competing and less expensive storage facility, I moved my belongings here and Sherry was beyond amazing and assured me of their security measures. They have motion detectors IN the units which is AMAZING. The place is so well lit, clean, and she even decorates for the holidays. I did not realize there was a hierarchy of quality with storage facilities, but there definitely is and this place is the top of the top and Sherry provides the absolute best customer service around. I will use them again.”

“Israel, Caleb and Chris T were on time and stayed longer than planned. Absolutely, easiest move I have had from start to finish! Unfortunately, my couch did not fit into the elevator. They did not disrupt the move to tell me, they simply carried it up the stairs.

“I’m terrible with names however, the staff were so kind and helpful. I had viewed units online and was set on a certain size but, the woman at the front asked me what I planned to store and she recommended to size up. The man up front was so patient and took me to view several units varying in sizes. They helped me find a unit that would better fit my needs. I briefly asked about movers since I planned to move in the following day. Later that evening, the woman called to follow up if I had found movers and was all set up for a smooth move-in the next day. I thought that was so sweet of her! Storing your belongings in a storage facility is already stressful as you never know what could happen but, I feel more at ease and reassured with how the staff treated me throughout the entire process. They were very educational about services and needs. I never once felt like they were pushy or trying to upsell me. I believe in paying for quality and based on that, I’d say the pricing was very affordable.”
