The reps were trying to be helpful with switching us from T-Mobile to Spectrum. Despite our iphone being ‘unlocked’, after 2 hrs, we still couldn’t connect to Spectrum. Now we have an unusable phone and no real solutions - if our phone did not support your network, why did you force the transfer anyway?
