Cynthia was amazing. I had to return a homeless couch from Amazon that wouldn’t decompress back to the size it came in. It was too big for cardboard boxes. We plastic wrapped it and Cynthia helped us through getting the proper labels from Amazon. She was extremely patient and helpful.
