I thought after an MCL tear my soccer career was over. However, after some hard work with Sumair, I am now playing soccer in England for a professional academy. I made a life long friend and learned a whole lot about how I can keep my knees healthy. Def recommend giving it a shot.

Have been a member at this gym for almost 2 years and still love it just as much as I did on day 1! There are amazing coaches who put athletes' safety and abilities as a number one priority, all while still challenging each person to push themselves. This place has an amazing community of people who care about each other.
