Great workouts even better coaches. I really appreciate the focus on proper technique which is uncommon at a lot group class gyms. The community too is super encouraging. Definitely recommend!

Took my first trial class and really enjoyed myself. It's not a CrossFit gym, it's exactly what it says in the name "strength" training.Felt really good and accomplished after and Travis was a good coach and made me feel welcome. Definitely recommend if you're looking to mix up your normal routines and have fun!

I've been coming here two years and have seen amazing changes in my body & mind. The women's program (LIFT) is a supportive space for people new and experienced in strength training. I definitely recommend the coaching of Jen and Travis!
