One of the best run Post Offices in NW Austin. Shorter lines than the Far West Location. More employees on staff. I go there two or three times a week. Don't believe the negative BS over a one time experience. They aren't allowed to open or early or let customers get in line after closing time.

People complaining about this place have no clue how terrible post offices in big cities can be. I moved here from Chicago and go to the post office every week. Chicago was a nightmare. It’s more than chill and normal here and I never have to wait in line for more than 3 minutes and staff is really helpful.
