I recommend bringing a cushion that you want to replace so they can measure the size you need. I brought mines in and they measured it while I tested out some cushions they had on display. They gave me a quote very quickly and to get my two cushions replaced, it was $154 which I felt was an unbeatable price and I wouldn’t have to concern myself with shipping costs. I walked in on a Wednesday afternoon and my foam was ready the following Monday. I’m already preparing to bring another cushion to them! If they had at least one or two late days during the week, it would help those who work full time jobs that are not hybrid/work from home.”

“Great food court with great deals on the pizza and hotdogs (1$ for a huge slice of pizza and 1.50 for a hotdog and a drink.) Their is not mutch seating so have someone find a table while order at the kiosk and wait about a muinet and a half for your food. Also note that around one it gets packet and it is impossible to find a table so get their a little early. Lastly all of the other items like the chicken bake/sandwich are good but just a bit priceyer.”

Their gas price is always lower than other stations around, and I get cash back when I use my Sam's Club credit card. But what I'm really happy about lately is that they now have window washing squeegees! For the longest, forever time, they had nothing to wash your windows with, so for me and my car, this is great.”

Good move Sam's!Ordered a tire last week and they said they would call when it came in to schedule an appointment for installation. No one called. I tried to call and make an appointment because I called customer service and they said my tire was in. The phone lines were too busy for someone local to answer. I went to the same store to try and schedule an appointment. I waited at the desk for about 15 minutes without anyone coming out.So I called Sam's store itself to try and get someone to help me. The phone rang for about 9 minutes without anyone answering. Finally someone answered and they walked over to the tire department and had to get the service agent to come out and help me. He was the only one in the department.They may be having trouble finding people to work installing tires but they should at least have someone at the desk to help members.”

“Like all Costco things, the prices are excellent. The service is pretty good, but not as excellent as other parts of Costco. I knocked down one star just because the lines are long and they don’t seem to make any effort to move people through quickly, so if you go during a busy time, you could be in line for 45 minutes. For the non-prescription vitamins and supplements they carry, this is not an issue.”

When you exit they have a theft detector in this wholesale store. The first time I’ve ever seen anything like that. The VA or Md SAM’s club don’t have that. Polite and friendly staff and vendors. Great shopping experience.”

“I left the Sam's Club. 805pm.
A couple come out after me and load their car. I spent over $400. ( i love the new register allowing me to split payments, i had to use 3 credit cards...) I haven't been in a month... After the man unloaded, he started coming my way approaching me. Mouthing to me... luckily the cart attendant walked up. It scared the ppl away. I have never been approached for any reason in a Club parking lot... Thank You for being their. I was definitely put off. Feeling vulnerable...
He was too busy being mad that I was using the cart at 815 and they close at 8pm to care. But I thanked him .”
