The Northwest Highway location has fantastic service and their prices are in line with other grooming companies out there. After using many different services over the years for Pet Grooming I am sticking with pet supplies plus as I can tell how much their employees truly care about the pets that they are taking care of there. “very knowledgeable staff, they give you personalized attention. I went to a competitor (petsmart) thinking I would get similar service and I was wrong. I was ignored there and left to wander the asiles until I finally just left. The difference between the two is that the minute you walk in the door, you feel welcomed. The staff take time to answer you questions at the same time juggling all the daily task they have to manage. Very clean and organized store as well.”

“We've tried nearly all the services offered at this PetSmart, and we've had a great experience with all of them. We did the beginners training class for adult dogs with Shannon. Her class was great! Highly recommend. I'm planning on registering for the intermediate class. We have used the grooming salon as well. My dog just gets baths. They have always done a great job with her. She is dog reactive and not great with the dryer, but she always looks and smells good at pick up. And lastly we've boarded at the PetHotel before. We decided to switch to a boarder with an outdoor play area, but this is a decent back-up.”

“Got there around 12 to get permit to trap cats the gentleman at the front was very helpful even as he’s just getting clock in ready to go after a couple jokes and small talk I had my permit he also brought out another dog I was interested in everything took less then 20 minutes very good customer service also came here 8 years ago on free adoption day we got there late so every single dog had fortunately been adopted out except one he was labeled with a Red card a dog that was known to be super aggressive towards other animals his name was Cody the employee said he was the only dog they’d ever seen tip over his bowl when he didn’t like the food they were giving we ended up taking him home a very rough 3 year old plott hound/red healer mix he turned out to be one of the strongest smartest loving dogs we’d ever owned the aggression he had shown was due to his bread and the natural instinct of hunting as well as protecting his owner not because he was just a dumb aggressive dog we also introduced a lab into the family about a year after getting him they became best friends until his passing earlier this week he lived a long happy life all the way until the end I want thank the shelter for making it possible”
