My uncle has PTSD and doesn't do well in public but this guy was patient with him and made sure he understood all his options and had everything he needed before we left. Would highly recommend this location if you use this cell carrier.”

“I went in. There were a lot of people in the store. I started to leave and come back later, but I decided to look around. There were several employees, and I didn't have to long, maybe 10 minutes. The associate who helped me was fast, efficient, and personable. I paid a bill and bought a 45W charging cable. I love it, I can charge my phone in 1/2 the time.”

“I initially set up an appointment to have a SIM card replaced at another store but decided to come to this location due to the production of my home. This was a neat and clean store and a lot of Team Members to assist.... If you have an appointment. There are a lot of nice things about having an appointment style system to help customers but for minor issues like SIM card swaps, it seems a tad much.Aside from that, the manager of the store did take the time to help me and recognized my situation was an easy fix and took care of me right away.”

They seriously need to make one that doesn’t have a million holes on the side of the box cause I’ve had a spider living in my modem for a few weeks and it’s…not ideal”

“I needed a new phone ASAP, and the people there was able to help me get settled. There was a bit of a wait time..I was originally a cricket owner, my phone would be frequently on and off on SOS only and no service. I was tired of it so I switched to Verizon. I got an upgrade from iPhone 12 to the iPhone 14 pro max (deep purple) the guy I had was super helpful and quick with the setup and process. He printed out a paper and explained detail by detail of the breakdown of the price and deals.”
