“I am so thankful for this place. They are so friendly and cindy.Even it helped me right as they were closing. Instead of her giving the traditional, i'm sorry, we're closed.I can't help you anymore. She asked the question. How can I help you?We are closed but if I can help I will. I let her know that I was coming in to buy some death because I needed the free funnel. That is on the top that comes with a package. She let me know that they just threw two boxes of those away and helped me retrieve it from the trash can. I got exactly what I needed, and they continue to earn a customer for life. All because she took a moment even a few minutes after they were closed to point me in the right direction so I can get but I need it done. Everywhere needs more employees like cindy and advanced auto parts is lucky to have her. Cindy thanks again! And I will be back”

“They were wonderful. We drove from San Antonio to Lakeway. Took just over 2 hours to get there. Ashley was amazing. Since we were getting there before closing, she was able to stay behind to help us out. She handled all the paperwork via text and call so that we were able to have everything done before getting there. She was also able to answer any questions and send pictures as we went. Once we got there, still did a test drive. Smoother sailing. Richard was a huge help in ensuring everything was explained properly. If I had any questions or concerns, Ashley was able to help me after the fact. Highly recommend!”

“These guys were fantastic!! Responded immediately to my request for a quote, then drove to my home to view the damage on my car and gave me a quote in my own driveway! I didn't have to take my car anywhere! After I had agreed to the quote, they said they could make the repairs right on the spot. A couple hours later and my car was good as new! “I needed a new headlight bulb for my CRV. They directed me to the right area and they said better to replace both as the second one was probably destined to fail soon too. I got the upgraded brighter bulbs. Their representative Steven Morales was so helpful!! He even put them in for me in about 5 minutes!! Steven was very kind and personable and so speedy!! It would have taken me much longer to figure it out the install. If you need any car parts trust Auto Zone to help you get the right parts fast. I highly recommend them!!”

All the technicians from the front counter checking the vehicle in and technicians who repaired the tire were courteous, professional.
