“I had a complicated printing and shipping order at this UPS Store, and while there were a few hiccups along the way, the way the team handled everything truly impressed me.
The associate who originally helped me was incredibly friendly, positive, and eager to help with a very detailed order. I later realized she was new and this was likely her first complicated project of this kind. Unfortunately, some details were missed during a shift change, and when I returned Friday evening my order was incomplete and a bit disorganized.
What stood out to me was how the team stepped up from there. Shannon, Oscar, and Aedon were all extremely patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented. Oscar immediately understood the tight timeline I was working under, Shannon worked hard over the weekend to make sure everything was completed correctly and on time, and Aedon continued to provide excellent customer service when I returned Sunday to finalize shipping.
It was honestly refreshing to see a neighborhood UPS Store willing to take on the pressure with me instead of passing the problem along. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but great customer service is how a business responds — and this team absolutely delivered. Thank you all again!”

“Jacqueline went out of her way, very close to closing, to cut me a custom box. When every other packaging place in town basically said they wouldn't make a custom box this week, she was willing to do it, and on top of that, she didn't charge me anything for it. This is a local small business that everyone in South Austin should be supporting. They also had a really interesting selection of gift items as well.”

“I have read the many 1 star reviews and have seen a trend. People seen not to know how to read or even understand the directions Amazon writes on how to return there item. To top that off they feel the UPS Store is some how responsible for the returns which is the courtesy, if you are so unhappy coming there go to your only other option Whole Foods. You write all these reviews say how bad they are and you are going somewhere else but yet you continue coming back. Just go somewhere else and quit your crying. Put on your big boy/girl pants and act like a human being.”

Caskey was accommodating and patient and not only those qualities but she explained what she was doing, the limitations of the info allowed on the label and checked prices for overnight and 2 day, all while genuinely interested and at ease. This process was not a 5 minutes process!

“As someone who has to come in once a month I look forward to seeing staff and having a good conversation with the them . I always feel welcomed regardless of them knowing I’m coming in with 30+ envelope that have to be certified mail . I know annoying ?? and I’m sorry but they are all always willing to help and assist me with no hesitation ! It’s crazy to get on here and see the bad reviews ! They are always willing to help anyone from what I’ve seen . Always polite funny interaction and always answer any questions . Anyways they all need a raise ?”
