“I think the other reviews probably was talking about Laura Koppe location because my visit was opposite. This was very professional and the workers were all working. Not only that the store is very organized, smelled good and everyone was willing to help us. We went in for a part that was almost $10 more at autozone. We came here because we had never been to this location before and the quality parts that O'Reilly provides are superior to Autozone or Advanced in my opinion. The worker were very nice and friendly with happy helpful attitudes. We really have only good things to say about this location. They had no idea I was doing a review , they remained helpful the entire time and all of them were dressed clean with name tags. I didn't have to wait in a long line and we got our part no problem. These workers at this location need to be praised for their exemplary work ethics because I have been to other locations that are not even half as good. When we walked through the door one of the ladies said welcome to O'Reilly. That's how it should be ! Treat us with appreciation because there is competition right down the street. We just found us the best location on the north east side. If you need a part visit this store location if you like O'Reilly.”

Additionally, I had an issue with the bolt on one of my battery terminals, and they did everything they could to make it right, regardless of it being bent prior to me taking it in and it being a pain to deal with. Caroline or Cynthia helped me over the phone. When I arrived a nice young man named Aaron assisted me. He was so patient because I had to wait to transfer money. I told him he was dealing with his “grandmother” ! He was so nice. If I could give more than 5 stars ✨ I would give them a 10. I got my new battery installed and was on my way in 15 minutes. Thank you Caroline and Aaron for the great customer service today. Have a great weekend! Thank you O Reilly for hiring such kind employees!

“Be careful driving into the store, they put curb stops along the outside edge for some reason and I almost hit them because there not in a good area to put them, so don't blow a tire or jack your car up as you pull in to the parking lot.”

“Rarely do they not have a part I need for my truck, scooter, or lawn mower. Granted, the scooter and lawn mower mainly just need fresh oil and spark plugs. They've always been friendly and had quick service over the last 6 years. Call first to make sure they have the part you need to avoid an errant visit.”

“I just wanna say I am now a fan of O’Reilly’s I used to only shop at auto zone for all my parts but now I’m team O’Reillys . I went to auto zone looking for brake pads and they didn’t help the part and didn’t seem like they cared so I said ok I’ll try somewhere else well I walked in to this store and immediately got greeted by everyone but the one who stuck out of me was Alfred. I came in and I have an old truck and so I thought I needed both pads for front and back well apparently I have brake shoes in the back and brake pads in the front I didn’t know that. But luckily Alfred was there to inform me of what part I needed. Broke down the difference between ceramic pads vs ordinary pads and it’s was just a great experience all together and great prices as well. I will definitely return bc of Alfred don’t know much of him but he’s a good dude to be working there”

So decided to stop here in hopes they’d be more helpful and I’m so glad I did!
