“Went there February 11th and traded my 13 mini for a 16Pro. V helped me more than I could have asked for. I kinda got old faster than I should have and he helped me transferring stuff over, answered every question I had and when he didn’t know, he would reach out to this associate who had been with Tmobile for over 10 years and only had compliments for his employer. This gentleman also taught V how to navigate my situation in a way that he would be able to do it again on his own. He was a great coach. I am very happy with the gentlemen who helped me and glad Tmobile provides customer service in person.”
“Visited store with my 92 year old dad to change his plan to a prepay one, as $ counts these days! Dominique was the only sales rep. in the store at the time. It took Great! Patience to deal with my dad, yet he handled the adjustment so smoothly and thoroughly. It really impressed me that he worked with us and another set of customers at the same time, while a 3rd set were waiting their turn ( in between packages being delivered etc.) I wanted this young man to receive some recognition so I asked him his name as we were leaving. Hope the person reading this can give him a raise, because he deserves it!”

“Had technician Robert H come out as our internet was going out intermittently. He was very courtesy and personable while replacing the modem and router. Have had other techs come out before but I would recommend Astound to anyone if they had the service like I did today. Give that man a raise”
