I love ice cream but this was more flavorful somehow. Really rich and decadent. I will definitely be back when in Blanco!

419 3rd St, BlancoWow! So blown away that this small of a town has this good of a restaurant! I have eaten here 4 times in the past 3 days, fresh,organic, and homemade. Everything I love! No seed oils. Highly recommend the savory crepe with smoked salmon and a lemon butter caper sauce.. to die for. Fresh made gelato, no high fructose corn syrup. If it can’t get any better the ambiance makes you never want to leave. Good Wi-Fi and great coffee! Each dish is made with attention and care and it shows! I can’t wait to come back to Blanco so I come eat here!
