520 High St, ComfortI don’t often post reviews but today we had our golden retriever groomed at Peyton’s Place and they did a fantastic job. He is a big boy and was definitely in need of a complete grooming and he looked like a new dog when we picked him up. We have already scheduled our next appointment!? 726 High St, ComfortHad a great experience on a Sat morning with my family for lunch. Their veggie sandwich was delicious and easy to make gluten-free with their gf bread option (no extra charge).
Their veggies were very fresh and the presentation was beautiful. Also tried their gf dark chocolate dipped almond cookie and it was very good! Texture wasn't too dry either, especially for gf!
My family liked their turkey club sandwich and raved about the walnut brownie...said it was their favorite!
Wait time was short, parking was easy, and the menu had quite a bit to pick from. Their staff was also very kind and welcoming. Family-friendly and the patio outside is gorgeous. Will definitely be back!

523 Seventh St, ComfortI always look forward to a delicious coffee or smoothie. Their baked goods are fresh/homemade. The spicy fried chicken sandwich w/ fries is delicious! Service is prompt. Highly recommend stopping by The Lobby located in the historical theatre in Comfort!

My husband and I have been regularly visiting for dates over the years, and we are consistently amazed by the great experiences. They have such wonderful local artists playing on the patio, the view is unbelievable, and you have got to try the Figgy Piggy Pizza, and the Pasta Allá Vodka. They know their wines and help pair them to your food choices so it always tastes wonderful together, and they never rush you off letting us sit and enjoy the atmosphere all evening. I recommend getting a reservation as they fill up quickly on a weekend evening for good reason!

804 High St, ComfortMy husband and I frequent Remedy Hall and always have a great time. This place has such a fun atmosphere and there’s always something going on. We especially love the special events like Cowboy Bingo and karaoke night, and the Saturday night bands have all been fantastic. Autumn, the bar manager, makes great drinks, is always friendly, and brings such a positive vibe to the place. If you’re looking for a fun spot in Comfort with great entertainment and welcoming people, Remedy Hall is definitely worth checking out.

104 Blue Ridge, Comfort#3 was excellent. Delicious homemade flour or corn tortillas. Tacos al pastor and asada were phenomenal on corn tortillas. Barbacoa on flour was also very good. Highly recommend this hidden jewel behind the exxon for authentic mexican food.

Kendall County Animal Shelter
702 FM 289, ComfortI went to the Kendall County Animal Shelter for the first time today to bring a food and blanket donation. The two staff members were so incredibly kind and informative. The work they are doing to provide care to animals in need is amazing!
