“A cashier by the name of Dayna works in this store,when I tell u if u want to know if their still is Good Customer Service ran by a human instead of AI.Go to this store when she is working n u will see excellence @ work.But my only problem I have is that the company r the store doesn't give her enough hours to work so that she can show off the Good standards that all employees should follow. So come on 7-Eleven Give That Woman more hours so we can see that Glow.”

I know we took a lot of her time but she had all the patience with us which was really amazing. Highly recommend this location if you’re not entirely sure with what you’re doing.”
“Mr. Jorge is by far the nicest, most knowledgeable, and caring associate I’ve met in the last 16 years as a customer of Verizon. Not once, did he push or even try to sell unnecessary services or products to inflate his commission. He answered questions honestly and always in a way of saving us money on our monthly bill. Hearing him speak of his family and how proud he is of recent accomplishments, made my visit here feel at ease and like I was meeting with an old friend, instead of having the feeling of impending dread of upselling unnecessary products and services.”

“I came here the other day and was helped by an older man. He was very nice and informative, very patient. We were able to get an iPhone 13 and 2 Samsung galaxy a9 tablets. All I had to do was pay 280 and that’s it. The activation process was fast and he even told us the cases were included in the price. Very good customer service and it didn’t make a BIG dent in my pocket lol”
