“The manager, Sebastian, was very helpful and provided excellent customer care, truly ensuring customer satisfaction. When I asked him to hold a jacket at another location, he immediately called and put the jacket on hold for me. He was also very flexible and understanding, making me feel well taken care of as a customer. Highly recommend, and I will definitely come back to shop.”

“I went into Dickies right when they were closing. I planned on glancing and leaving as fast as possible. I really needed a pair of work pants and was good hoping to find something quickly. When I walked out and said bye the employee David asked me at the door if I had a problem finding what I was looking for. I explained what I needed and he insisted I come look at what he had. He even knew what size I'd be in men's pants when I couldn't find the woman pants I needed and offered for me to take the time to try them on. I found a great pair after trying on couple and it was because of David. He works there like he owns the place and he's an irreplaceable employee. I hope him and his managers see this! Thanks David!”

Lots of sales + super low clearance prices also (with a good selection of items!) The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, which can also be hard to come by these days! Make sure to go to their site and sign up for a free rewards account to collect points on purchases to earn rewards!”

“I have been looking everywhere for a pair of tan/beige shoes which are incredibly hard to find this time of year. Decided to stop in, saw a cute pair but they were black. Nice young lady named Shelby informed me that they had the shoes in beige in the clearance section. Didn't see my size, but Shelby noticed one pair on the top shelf in my size. Shelby got a step ladder and got them down for me. They were perfect. Thanks to Shelby my search is over.”

I by chance came across this location and had a gang load to sell and was lucky enough to Catch the last day of the clearance sale.. The buying process was fast and fair and the items I found to purchase were amazing!!! I dealt with the owner and Michael, a new hire who was in training. They were both super friendly and the whole vibe was welcoming and fun and the epitome of an exceptional customer service experience as well as operating with a customer-centric approach to the business.
