“There might be new management here, not sure. But this Marshall’s location is next level clean. Nothing is ever opened nor on the floor. I appreciate how organized everything is. I’ve noticed employees are always cleaning/organizing and quick on their feet. The line goes quick when paying since most registers are open. Even during the holidays it looks a lot better than any other locations in the area. My new favorite Marshall’s to shop at!”

“I am extremelyy pleased with this location instead of the other Walmart on FM 518 on the east side of 288 (which is so crowded and takes a long time to drive into or find anything). This location in Shadow Creek is slightly smaller but suits me perfectly as it's easier to find items. Customer Service is excellent with the cashiers and employees in the aisles responding to instantly, efficiently, and cheerfully. When I stopped and asked one of the employees where copier paper was, she personally took me all the way to the aisle - which is amazing because it's rare these days and therefore greatly appreciated! This is my go-to store now!”

“The cleanest and most organized store out of all the ones in the Houston area. It's brightly lit. There is room to move. The staff is nice. There is so much variety when it comes to options. I have been to other locations where it is room and gloom.
The only downside is coming on the weekends when it is super busy, lines are long and parking is horrendous.”
“I stopped in Marshall’s today and every employee I came across spoke and asked me how I was doing with a smile. One man even thanked me for shopping with them. The store was cleanest I’ve ever seen any Marshalls and the store had a good selection of items.”
“This Walmart was actually decent. Employees were patient and helpful towards me. It would've been a five star if they had what I was looking for in stock. How do you have a small mango Lysol but don't have the small coconut scented Lysol. They had the big Lysol with those scents but only one small sale and that was mango scented.”

“Went here for Christmas toy shopping and it all went well! I was able to find some amazing deals on toys. Some of the prices were outrageous like a light up fire truck toy for $40, nothing special but what I did find was a blues clues leap frog chair for $15! For that price, thats a steal! There was many other toys to select from and I'd honestly come back because they have huge selections in toys, kitchen & clothing.”

“I just wanted to give credit to Lisa in the men's fragrance department for all her help and knowledge on the fragrances I was interested in and had questions about. It was 8:45pm when I got to the store, and she treated me like we had all day to talk. I went in with a particular fragrance in mind. I purchased that one, and while she helped me make the purchase, she told me all about the other ones I had questions on. Top notch service never rushed or asked if I could hurry up.when I finally left the store, it was 9:12pm. Would highly recommend this store for the personal service received. “Look,a lot of folks in past will say it's either a hit and miss and I agree.However management changes,recently it's pretty well kept.In the mornings they'll have to carts of merchandise out throughout the store and I see that as a win.That means fresh new merchandise straight from the trucks!!! That's where I find most of my hello kitty items since they sell out in the matter of minutes! Workers are really nice too they may seem always busy but they're always happy to help”

“The variety and availability of items in this store is phenomenal. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I was looking for something in one section and one of the workers, Sarah, took me to exactly where it was! Sometimes the line gets a bit long, but once you step into this place, it all makes sense. I even signed up for the credit card which you can use at any of their stores (TJ Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods, their new store HomeSense, and their online store Sierra). When you spend $200 with your card, you get these $10 Rewards, that are the same as cash at any of their stores!!! I kept saving mine for these Sur La Table dishes I had my eye on. I finally bought them and only paid $27 FOR THE WHOLE SET because of my certificates. You've got to check this place out!!”
“I can't really give Target a fair rating because I don't frequent that store. When you are looking for a bargin, you think of Walmart, not Target. But, what I can say is that they are a bit cleaner.?”
“Chain store. They carry clothing (many name brand) for the whole family! One can also find accessories like shoes, purses, scarfs, hats. The store carries some electronic accessories , luggage and tags, sheets, towels, snacks etc!”

“Do not buy the fruit slice candies. Waist of money strange taist. I had black liquorice and cinimin flavor. Liqurice.. They were ok at 1.25 a bag. That's it. Nothing exciting about this place now that everything is over a dollar and no price tags on product ill stay away. I blame the tariff tax. Im surprised dollar tree survived that tax.”
“This Dillard’s definitely does have a variety of clothing to choose from and pretty good sized Dillard’s’s. Last time I went, I was alone and I was trying on some dresses and there was an employee who was working in the ladies section and I was trying on some dresses and needed help with the zipper. She would zip it up for me and disappear for like 20 minutes and then come back and I’d still be in the dress with no one in sight so it took me a very long time to try on six dresses because I had to wait in between. The store is usually clean overall good location.”
“First, let me start with I was one of the first few customers in the store just browsing around on my day off. I made my way to the fitting room the lights went off in the store. I had to leave the store and come back. I came back in once the lights were on getting ready to pay, and the credit card machine was down. I left again to get cash and came back the third time . I jokingly said I am an employee and need my discount. Dorinda was so understanding and accommodating Dorinda, Crystal, and Charles were all so helpful!!! Despite it all, it was a great experience and Crystal attitude was amazing as well. I am a General Manager and I can appreciate customer service and support as well as friendly people! Dorinda especially welcomed me EVERY single time!!!”
