“I can’t recommend this shop enough. The first time I called, I was still shopping around and genuinely unsure what to do with my phone. I didn’t know if it made more sense to sell it, replace a part, or do something else entirely. Instead of pushing me to come in or trying to make a sale, they actually walked me through all my options in a really thorough way. They explained their pricing clearly and also helped me understand what different repair paths mean cost wise depending on where you go, so I could make an informed decision. That level of transparency really stood out and made it clear they weren’t just trying to get me through the door.
I’ve since been there twice for repairs, and both experiences were great. Everything was fast, transparent, and affordable. I’ve never waited more than 10 to 15 minutes in the waiting room. The second repair was more involved, but they were upfront about the timing. I dropped my phone off, came back about an hour and a half later, and it was ready. When I later noticed a small issue and brought it back, they took care of it immediately with no hassle and no complaints.
The space itself is quaint, and they usually have something funny playing on the TV, which is a nice touch. If you’re looking for honest people who clearly explain what you’re paying for and why, this is the place. I’ll absolutely keep coming back here as long as I live in the area.”

“Went into the store recently due to an issue with upgrading and activating a new phone. Liz was amazingly helpful. Despite a harsh encounter with customers who were just ahead of me in line she maintained patience and a can do attitude. My issue took awhile to resolve but she deftly juggled that with friendly and helpful service to those who came into the store while also making sure that I wasn't forgotten. On top of resolving my issue activating my new phone she also went out of her way to resolve a secondary issue that I wasn't aware of. Kudos times ten for her! I hope that she gets recognized by the stores management and is rewarded appropriately. Thank you Liz.”
