“What can I say Mrs Betty came in a made changes that this apartment complex needed. Structure and cleanliness and she done just that. I’ve been here for five years and some people may not like the changes but who cares. Mrs Betty has been good to my family and I . This might be my last month here but I love the staff to Mrs Betty , Gwen I hope I spelled your name l right. To the maintenance crew you guys came in a fixed what needed to be fix. “I'm a former resident, moved out a few months ago due to changing jobs and location. Had a great experience coming back to Windsor today, my medical supplies were shipped to my old Windsor address and not only did they locate the supplies, but they also put them in the fridge to keep the supplies at a safe temperature until I could drive there today to pick them up. Quality and friendly experience, sooo grateful!”
