βI love this place I went in 3 years ago just to browse and have became a regular customer the customer service is outstanding and they greet you when you come in.β
βI made a visit to the Baytown Kohls store, and I was amazed how I was treated..The cashier was very patient ,kind and courteous. She answered all my questions I had about the sales and discounts that were taking place at the store.. I can't wait to visit again and get some more bargains.

βEverything was pretty good. One suggestion would be to have at least 1 couch or a few comfortable chairs by dressing room for those who have to wait for people trying out outfits.β
βI think this Kohlβs location is kept well organized and the restrooms are clean. You can tell the displays get regularly updated and the promos are reasonable.β

βGina was a big help. I went in there looking to buy something for my little sister, had no idea what I was getting. Ms. Gina dropped what she was doing to help me pick some things out for her. βi visited marshallβs last week after a while and it looked very organized and well put together, it was easier to go through things and shop around i could tell someone had been working on fixing the stuff around the store & i bumped into the new manager thats actually been fixing the store. his name is john and we had a nice conversation heβs very talkative and funny! i can tell heβs a great manager doing very good at his job. Everyone else is super nice too!β
βThis JCPenney is the old faithful of the Fairmont Parkway, Neighbourhood. Itβs always quick. You can get what you need. Sometimes you canβt because itβs not the biggest one customer service is always around. They always cleaning up after someone leaves something in the middle of the hallway sometimes the hours are off depending on Google so thatβs why Iβm posting it on a picture. Good selection of big and tall itβs my go to supply.β

βWent in the morning. Plenty of self check out lanes open. The clerk stocking helped me find what i need. Then they even had the kojko and karma vitamin c drinks ive veen looking for!β
βThis is definitely my preferred location ! Evette goes over and beyond to deliver excellent customer service ! Whether she's on the floor or at the register, she always stop whatever she's doing and put the customer first and address any questions or concerns in order to provide help wherever needed ! Even on the busiest days, she has always kept a smile on her face, a pleasant attitude, and continues to train and guide the staff ! Keep up the great work ?β
βI truly enjoy the superb and friendly customer service here at this location. The stocked dried good, fresh produce, meats, and condiments. Especially the timeliness at the self check out. Every time I am here, all I do is win, win, and win up. Until the next time I come around. βI ventured to target with my hubby wubby as it was date night and we needed groceries. i am fully aware that it is a bit unfortunate that we must spend our date nights doing chores but i love our family and i am willing to do whatever it takes to care for them. anyways i had a lot of fun shopping and the music was as my teenagers say pretty lit LOL. we had an easy time finding things needed but unfortunately i still haven't found intimate time with my husband. i sometimes long for his touch and affection but after 3 children he won't look at me the same. i feel like i just don't satisfy him anymore and our love is fading... anyways Target was amazing and everything was amazing just like the bedroom used to be for me and my hubby but now he never wants to do anything because he's tired or has to wake up early for work.. anyways Target was amazing highly recommend!β

βThere is a young lady who works at the Rossβs on 146βI believe that is still considered part of Baytown. Over the past 2-3 months, I have shopped there maybe 3-4 times. Since that time, I always see this same young lady β working so hard!
Last nightβwhen I arrived, she was hanging up returned, or tried on, clothing back to their appropriate areasβshe is very fast! Then, not long after, I see her at the cashier/return areaβthe ONLY employee in that areaβgreeting each customer, answering the phone, taking returns, ringing up salesβand all while being professional, welcoming, smart, quickβand always with kindness. Her name is βRachel.β Please give this young Lady praise, respect & encouragement! We ALL, each need to lift others upβby being positive, encouraging, respectful, showing appreciation β positive brings positive. A positive culture attracts & keeps β GREAT folksβGREAT employees.

She took the time to answer all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process of fixing my glasses, which I truly appreciated. She was such a blessing.β

βMy second trip, ever, to Home Goods (HG) was at this location in Pasadena, TX.
It was as clean, organized, and as wonderful as the HG in Lake Charles on Prien Lake (PL).
I do want to give our cashier, Silvia, some props! She was attentive, considerate, offered the opportunity to reduce our purchase by 10% (that didn't happen at PL), and she was friendly.
Thank you again Home Goods...and Silvia... for a great shopping experience.
When in town, we'll be back!

βPrices are pretty good. Recently moved and picked up a few house items to get started. Pot we purchased under a month ago already has Teflon coming off though. Don't recommend getting pots and pans from here. Service was nice enough.β
