“Great experience. This was my first time to purchase containers. Cal was easy to work with and had the best price in town. The delivery had to be changed a few times on my end, which was no problem for Jennifer and CSR team. We scheduled a 2pm delivery at our new facility and Frank showed up exactly at 2pm. He put these exactly where I needed them with ease and was on his way in 15 minutes. Great service all the way around. I highly recommend EMS.”

“Update: It took me couple days to get the matter resolved, but I was fortunate enough to get in touch with the right people to explain my situation. The store manager explained to me that during the holidays some gift cards were discontinued and that unfortunately some cards may have not been pulled out of the shelves. She was very sorry and apologetic and honestly I felt that they truly cared. I currently use their printing services and always have a positive experience.I bought a Target gift card for $100 at this location. The card didn’t work. I called Target to ask for assistance and I was sadly informed that the Target gift card I purchased in Staples didn’t exist in the Target system.”
“Amazing staff that are fast and friendly! docking a star cause I was loaded up WAY too heavy. 82k pounds. Couldn’t go back as they closed. Had to wait 5pm-8am. (Currently 12am hoping I can go in at 8am and get this resolved quickly)”
“The caucasian woman with short hair helped me find 2 boxes to put together to fit 2 scooters I needed to return. She put them together and packed them for me. She seemed to know everything about the place and could answer any questions I had. Both women were nice. Great experience”

“People are friendly and usually no line. But if there is a line, it moves quickly. The only sucky part is parking. It’s hard to find a spot and even then, people just can’t park in the space and it is usually tight. Otherwise, employees are super pleasant and efficient.”

“Hiram one of the warehouse drivers. He has been nothing but patient and respectful every time he works with me. He makes getting loaded so easy. Also, there’s another driver named Joe. He’s one of the coolest guys on the dock. When you see him, you will know that’s him. But overall, I have not had any bad experiences with Saint George Underwood. The only time that a lot of drivers feel there is an issue is when the forklift driver is working with some other driver, other than them. To close it out I can’t say also that the experience on the dock is awesome. And they also have a female forklift driver that is just as good as the guys if not better. Big Ups to Mayra ! There is no discriminate around here.”
