“I had my broken screen replaced at another phone repair store located in Walmart. Finally got the screen replaced but the next day discovered that the camera no longer worked. Took it back and was given excuses about having to wait 1 to 3 months for the phone to update. (had many other issues at that location as well!) Went to phone Geeks and they took the phone apart and discovered that the camera had not been connected during the screen replacement. Phone Geeks is definitely my phone repair store from now on. Great customer service! Wish I had gone there first!”

“The ?Professional Sales Agent ?was very polite and believe it or not they offer unlimited ?DATA? plans very well stocked store lots of phone to choose from but yall do have to understand every phone is hackable every Samsung I had got hacked no Samsungs for me there easy to get into the store was very neat well-organized clean the store actually makes you feel welcome there because of how the store looks on the inside it looks like a cell phone store you and the store so welcoming it actually makes you want to go in there and buy a phone literally they have some good deals and specials going on but I still don't think ?nobody ?can top the service that I already have if I can find anybody to beat the price that I currently get ?I might think about switching ??? other than that I'm not switching at all then my current service provider gives me a $5 credit every month on top of that with a few other incentives to go along with it so I can appreciate that and being a loyal customer I think I just might stick with them I just don't think nobody can offer a better deal than what I already have don't get me wrong I love the store, Loved the atmosphere, the organization, the cleanliness, the sales professional I loved everything about this location ?IT'S JUST NOBODY CAN BEAT MY PRICE THAT I CURRENTLY HAVE ?”

“Mr. Austin, At the TA in San Antonio, Texas, Is the best Verizon representative? I have ever met in my six years of doing business with you, Verizon people. I watched him help so many people here. And then he turned to me and did several things to this new phone. To help me better use it on the road as a trucker. That no other verizon person would help me with in four different states. No Other Verizon representative would help me. Everyone else just wanted to sell me something that I wasn't interested in.
What the hell!! Even though there was another Bluetooth that I wanted to buy from him, but he was out of them.
He was so courteous and knowledgeable About every item there.

He was beyond patient with me which took over 1 to fix my problems and update everything on my new phone.”
