“I went back to this store a couple weeks later after buying the PR Apex boots when I met Hillary to see about a larger size because my boots just felt really tight with the new inserts compared to the non-PR boots. I met Blair this time, she’s also very nice and easy to talk to, easy on the eyes as well. We talked the whole time, she performed the foot scan and pulled the larger size, I walked around for a bit, they fit well, but would’ve been too big once they were broken in. Hillary and Beckett came in, I told her Blair talked me out of the larger size, hahaha, I was playing. We proved it just moments earlier. My foot was still swollen. Several weeks later, my foot is finally back to normal and my new PR boots are extremely comfortable, not fully broke in yet, but they are getting there. Y’all gotta go to the Grapevine Redwing Store, Trust Me ! Bye-bye now !”

“Fantastic customer service. They went the extra mile for an small embroidery job for me this week. I came in for 2 scrub tops and and an extra "Beat Navy" embroidery that I was going to cut out of a 3rd extra top I was not using for a project. Not only did they quickly embroider the tops, they did a test run in front of me to make sure the size and font was perfect. Then they did the extra embroidery no charge and EVEN PROVIDED EXTRA FABRIC so I didn't have to cut it out of my extra unused top.
Very impressed. I have used their company several times and will continue to use it for reasons like this. Great job!”

“If you have a pair of Birks whose demise seems imminent, fear not! This is the place to go to have them restored--it is far cheaper than buying a new pair, though they have those, too. Plus, the leather--err, Naugahyde? Oh, I meant Birko-flor, sorry, shoulda added a trigger warning up top... well, at least the material of your shoe will be already broken in. The cobbler is a miracle worker. Though I doubt that is what it says on their business card, but who knows. The Birkenstock USA website may have items that they keep "exclusive," but it's a shame, since I believe they would fly off the shelves here (after all, it does cater to a market of people who like comfortable--if at times quirky shoes--). My third pair of Arizonas--which I bought at this store--well, it's been a minute-- is about to go in for a second retread. I am not making this up, and I'm offering an unpaid opinion (not even affiliate-linked!! ): The staff is WONDERFUL, and they back it with top-notch service.”
