109 TX-39, IngramCopperpot had the best BLT in the Texas countryside, it was amazing. The chicken vegetable soup tasted homemade and had deep herbaceous flavor, which is hard to find. The restaurant coffee was the best around, freshly brewed, high quality, and even came with a side of frothed cream. High quality food and fast service, I cannot recommend this place enough.

123 TX-39, IngramDelightful tradition catfish lunch with fries, coleslaw, beans and hush puppies. Courteous young man (probably the teenage son) takes your order and the mom cooks it on the spot. Need more places like this. The epitome of family business out of a food trailer.
