“This is the 3rd time I have been back to this amazing business. I am 46 years old and have been in sales since 18 years old and I have seen it all, unfortunately almost everything in this life is a con or scam and the few good people that are left you’ll be lucky to meet one every 5 years. This company has more humility that I haven’t seen since the 1980’s running around with my parents. It all started when my son still in middle school took my Tahoe when me and his mom were asleep late at night without our permission of course. He had seen something on YouTube called a neutral drop. He had put the Tahoe in neutral and took the RPM up to 3,000 and then slammed the Tahoe into drive not only blowing the transmission but also the rear differential. When I told them how I make barely any money working at a Toyota supplier and that I had lost my job due to this; they were very compassionate and genuinely felt for me as all the employees there also have teenage sons. They helped me get financed even with not so good credit and gave me a price that made me feel extremely comfortable and grateful. A few years later my son had matured or at least I thought he did and I started allowing him to take the truck sometimes to spend time with his little girl friend. Unfortunately he actually ended up doing it again but a different way this time. This time he was racing some other kid from his school. Once again they were extremely compassionate about the situation and was as surprised as I was that this had actually happened again because we agreed we would have never done anything like this at that age but hey this is Generation Z were talking about. They had given me a even better price then before because I was a returning customer. The good news is, is now both my son and daughter are both United States Marines and the boy is doing quite well and been in 2 years already and has seen Europe/Japan and South Korea all by 22 years old. Now my daughter followed her brother and has been in less then a year and not long ago just made it to the fleet after Bootcamp/S.O.I/ and MOS school. She has a 2006 Chrysler 300C with 182,000 miles on it. We had recently replaced the engine because she was not paying attention to the heat gauge and a hose came off overheating the engine and blowing the heads.she had recently told me how much she needed her car because her base in ocean side California is the biggest Marine base in the world and that you can drive 15 miles and still be on base. Also that she had missed some important classes to obtain different licenses for her transportation job in motor-t. I did the research and found out that Chrysler 300’s transmissions usually go out around 150,000 miles. I told her your not going to like what I have to say but me as a dad in his right mind can not give you this car without rebuilding the transmission. I explained that it will go out and that people will take advantage of you because you’re a young woman and on top of that everything in California is more expensive than Texas.So I explained to Tony my concerns and what I was trying to do and since my daughter was serving our country they gave us a price that was impossible to pass up. Now I feel like we are practically family and my daughter is extremely happy. You see if I would have went anywhere else like AAMCO with a working transmission and asked them to rebuild it, they would have said they did and probably wouldn’t have because once that transmission is closed up how would you ever know and unfortunately that’s the world we live in and AAMCO is a horrible company along with many others. You see Gene Brown isn’t trying to get a customer for one day, they are trying to get a customer for a lifetime and I am proud to say I am now a lifelong customer and so will be my children and there children.”

“I took my 2015 Silverado in after having my transmission fail from another Transmission shop 1 month out of warranty. Very dissatisfied with that bizz never to return.

My truck makes 650 HP and I told Darrin it’s making a lot of HP and I had some reservations about a rebuild being able to handle it. Quite calmly he said this is going to be ok.
After picking up my truck and driving it , all I can say is it was and is perfect. Put power to the ground above my expectations.

“My 2021 Honda CR-V needed items addressed since I reached 60,000 miles. Called the closest Honda dealer and due to high volume of calls it sent me to a voicemail. We only have the 1 car, so I figured if they were that busy it might take a while to get an appointment or they might not get it back to me same day. So I actually drove over to CBA and met Kent one of the service advisors and he was great to work with. We went over all the items that needed to be handled, he gave me a written estimate, and made me an appointment 2 days later. He assured me that they could handle everything in 1 day. The day I showed up, Jeff the service manager checked me, had me taken home by one of their employees in their courtesy car. Before 12 noon, I received a call from Kent and he said they had inspected my vehicle and found no additional issues and in fact some of the items didn’t need addressed on this particular vehicle. He sent me the inspection report with pictures and said they will be finished before the end of the day. I received a call a little after 4 and they said it’s ready. Went to pay and it was &300 less than what I was quoted due to items that didn’t need to be addressed. Thanks to Aaron the service technician who worked on our car and doing a great job. I know this is long, but this was a great experience and I highly recommend this location and these 3 professionals who took care of us.”

They do offer a ride share service from the magnificent Rachel, but I was too close to closing time to get to ride with her this time around. (I usually use the ride share service because…life). “I just had services completed at Odanis Auto Tech and I'm so glad i chose to get the work done with them instead of the dealership. I have a 2009 lexus and I do my best to take care of it. The dealership was going to charge me lot for one thing. I went to Odanis and they found other legit issues. All those issues still came out less than the one thing the dealership told me about. It took a while but he does the work himself and does great work. He even took the time to show me the parts he replaced and pictures of paper towels left near my engine from past work the dealership did. How do I know if was from back them you ask? The paper towels were falling apart when you touch them. I got lucky because my engine could've been blown. Odanis takes pride in his work and it shows. My car drove so much better when I left. I would highly recommend his shop for your auto needs. I'll be going back to him if I need work done.”
