“U-Haul - San Antonio on E Rigsby Rd (US 87) gets my top rating for goods and services, specifically: propane. (I have not yet used this place for rental or storage). I have been shopping for 30 lb propane tanks and fills and found this shop to have the best product value. Tanks are currently $59, and propane is sold per gallon at the going rate, currently $3.50. (FYI: These 20 lb tanks hold 20lbs, not 17 or 15 like most tank rent/replace competition which usually charge $55 for first tank plus $20 fill charge, then $20 per filled replacement.) This U-haul 20 lb fill translates to about 4.5 gallons. You do the math... When I went I got a new tank and fill here yesterday, they only charged me $49 for the tank ($54 with tax) and when I got the fill (you buy and pay for the tank first, then get the fill outside as separate purchase), the manager said he'd charge only $2.88/gal since I had just bought the tank. Super, right!? Well, when he was running the payment on my card he said he "lied" - that it would be $2.75 instead!! Wow. So you do the math. Simply the best pricing for first tank and fill, and for future refills and great customer service. I don't expect this special rate for future fills, but I'll be getting any new tanks and all my fills there, and he's earned first shot at any future rental and storage needs!”

“This is the best Uhaul rental location in this area! Jim and Lorraine are so nice and helpful. They helped hook up a trailer and gave.me tips when I'm pulling it since I've never used a trailer. This is the only place I'll be going to in the future if I need a rental. I recommend this place and give it 5 stars!”
“Not bad customer service I loved both ladies I met who managed the facility and when forgetting combination lock they charge little to get lock broken off. I only complain of unit because it's very poorly maintained as in walls all messed up and ugly”

“Very quick and efficient check in and out. Really helpful crew. Located inside Home Depot. You can check in at the tool rental place. They have some blankets but if you want packing materials you'll have to go into Home Depot to get them.”
“Walked in to rent a Uhaul no appointment, was greeted by Danny he was very helpful and respectful he introduced me to Linda who was also very nice and assisted me renting the Uhaul. We had everything done in 15 minutes and was driving off in a 20' truck. I would definitely recommend the business and will do business again.”
“If I ever have an issue, Salem is here to help. I rented a straight truck in Dallas and on my way to Laredo, I had an ABS module light come on. I stopped here and they quickly looked at the issue. They hooked up the tractor to their laptop and no issues popped up.I also decided to fuel while I was here. The guy filling up my truck made small talk. He was nice, but asked me about religion. I respect everyone's opinion on politics and religion, but I don't want to talk to anyone about their views. It just opens it up to opinions rather than facts.I would 100% come here again.”
