For the past 2 weeks I’ve been getting shifted from stores to stores with no help and these are the first people who even acknowledged what’s going on with my plan. “I visited a few weeks ago because of an issue with my bill. The problem had been caused by an online salesperson. To resolve it, I had spoken with online support agents, visited other stores, and met with various staff members, but right up until the end, no one was able to fix it—I was simply told that I would have to take the matter elsewhere. As soon as I visited this place, the person who greeted me went out of their way for me for an hour.
Throughout the entire process, he never lost his smile; in fact, he went out of his way to reassure me that everything would be alright. And, in the end, he successfully resolved every single issue.

“After twenty years of giving my money to Verizon and Frontier, I finally jumped ship to Spectrum, and I couldn’t be happier with the decision. My expectations for a telecom provider are usually in the basement, but Spectrum has been spectacular across the board. The internet is extremely fast and reliable, and the mobile service has been great. What really stands out, though, is the quality of the people. Whether I’m talking to someone on the phone, visiting the store, or having technicians over to my house for wiring, everyone has been phenomenal and legitimately helpful. It’s rare to find a service provider that actually delivers on what they promise, but these guys are doing it.”
