“I have to give this store a 5 star rating because of the exceptional customer service I received from Bruno who helped me setup my new phone. I am so glad I decided to let him help me instead of trying to do it myself at home because I can guarantee I would've had to call a million times with questions.

That said, I absolutely HATE my new iPhone! It is SO SLOW, some apps I cannot get to work like on my old phone, and it's supposed to brand new. I will be taking the phone back if it doesn't improve. Not at all impressed with the iPhone 14 and wish Apple would quit forcing us to buy new versions of phones that worked just fine until they have a software update.”

“I would like to commend Erica Jackson the manager of your Jacksonville Texas store. She spent about 15 minutes assisting me with a billing issue. She was on hold with her Verizon contact. While on hold she continued to multitask, opening boxes, marking with tags, answering employees questions, etc. She is a 5 star employee. Please see she stays with Verizon. Appreciate her.
