“This location is very easy to get to to drop off letters. I use it all the time as it seems to shave time off deliveries. The drop off boxes are just North of 635 on Royal Lane. My recent trip was right on the way with minimal disruption of my route. I didn't actually time myself, but pretty sure it took less than 20 seconds from time I pulled in, dropped in mail and was back on the street.”

“This is a fantastic USPS office. The staff is always friendly and as quick as possible with every person. They are just genuinely kind people. After my *awful* experience at the Macarthur office again today because Royal Lane was closed at 9:30am on a Saturday, I will now drive out of my way every single time to come to Royal Lane USPS even if it means eaiting in the parking lot until they open. 10/10 would recommend x1000.”
“This is my favorite post office. Everyone who works there is so nice. I haven’t met a bad employee. I work in another city and I frequently have to go to the post office. I avoid the post office by my work because they are so awful and bring things back to Bedford.”

She came to my rescue by helping me get him back on his feet. I don’t know what I would have done without her kindness and for this I am most appreciated. If only I would have gotten her name. It was so nice after dealing with the parking at my local PO. Secondly, the inside was big, and everything seemed to be in working order. Another plus that I'm not accustomed to! And, the final plus, the workers were friendly and efficient. I really wish this post office was in my neighborhood.”

“I don’t come to this Carrollton post office often since it’s not the closest one to me, but on the rare occasions I do, I’ve had the pleasure of Randal assisting me. Most recently, I had to come in for a change of address after a family member passed away, and he was so lovely, positive, and welcoming. He made a stressful situation so much easier to get through.
If you ever have the chance to interact with Randal at this location, you’ll see what a class act he is. Post offices need more people like him.”

“Go early, to the one on Storey at Walnut Hill! The pleasant young lady behind the counter took care of a complicated request with courtesy and grace, in a few minutes. She gets a 5 of 5 perfect score!!
Do NOT choose the one on Irving Boulevard. Postal staff quite distracted and bewildered at that particular location. Irving Boulevard site gets a 0 out of 5 for wasting my time and tax dollars. Pull up on that poor customer service, y'all certainly letting Uncle Sam down.”

I needed to pick up a certified letter for my disabled sister and fill out a forward mail address change for a sister that recently passed away. I needed to make two visits and Monica assisted me both visits. She was very kind and helpful and offered her condolences for the passing of my sister. Great customer service from Monica. I really appreciated it!”

“Alice Tran is very supportive. The black lady on the left counter is pretty new and she wanted to charge me $7 for an empty plastic bag even when I already have the QR code for the return service. Alice was too busy but she helped to explain that lady and helped me to make the transaction very smooth. 5 stars for Alice Tran.”
