“I went back to this store a couple weeks later after buying the PR Apex boots when I met Hillary to see about a larger size because my boots just felt really tight with the new inserts compared to the non-PR boots. I met Blair this time, she’s also very nice and easy to talk to, easy on the eyes as well. We talked the whole time, she performed the foot scan and pulled the larger size, I walked around for a bit, they fit well, but would’ve been too big once they were broken in. Hillary and Beckett came in, I told her Blair talked me out of the larger size, hahaha, I was playing. We proved it just moments earlier. My foot was still swollen. Several weeks later, my foot is finally back to normal and my new PR boots are extremely comfortable, not fully broke in yet, but they are getting there. Y’all gotta go to the Grapevine Redwing Store, Trust Me ! Bye-bye now !”
“Each time I have come in I have been greeted with so much care. They really make sure you get all the help you need. My last visit I needed some tennis shoes and sandals. The lady helping me was so great she showed me several items until I found the exact shoes I needed not just for comfort but also style.”

When I mentioned I was looking for a pair that could be resoled, he showed me his cobbler's equipment and the unique steps he personally goes through to resole a pair of boots. “I went to purchase a pair of boots from Cavender’s and found a pair I really liked. After walking around in the pair for an hour I realized the boots were too wide and felt too big. I drove to this location the morning before my flight to exchange them for a smaller size. They didn’t have my size in stock at the time, but offered to ship the right size directly to my house without an additional charge. Just received them today, no problems, they fit nicely and are super comfortable. Excellent customer service and staff is super friendly!”
