The locked display cases forced me out of my anti social bubble, but it’s ok because the staff were very friendly! “Can we normalize not putting a price sticker on games? Or at least if you are going to use a price sticker, use one that comes off easy. This is a HUGE deal if you are buying one of the rare games sold here for over $100. If I have to almost damage the case to get the sticker off my $10 game then there is no way I'm buying a rare game worth more than that from here. Regardless I really like this place, they have an amazing selection and good prices.”

“My voicemail had a glitch and would not accept messages for the past 6 months. I tried calling Verizon and could not get past the automated "help." I went to the Denton Verizion store on Loop 288, and Shea (a real human) patiently worked through the problem for me. He fixed the error, and I now have a working voicemail service. He didn't make me feel like an incompetent idiot either!! YAY SHEA! THANK YOU!”

“It's a decent store, not as nice as some but better than others. I am a little weirded out by the loss prevention guy with curly hair that follows me all the time.... I think it stems from when I would go with my late mom, who had a stroke, and would literally spend 2+ hours there lol. But like dude, I don't steal. I like to browse. Target has some neat stuff! And my momma takes FOREVER to shop because she loves Target, and Decatur doesn't have one! So she spends her time in there! Lol but bro, please, stop following me. I'm not who you need to be looking out for. Lol but, do your job bro, good on you. I am not worried about the watching, lol but just know I see you sir lol ?”
“Great team! They answered my questions and addressed my concerns clearly and honestly. I didn't get the run around I typically received from other t-mobile stores I have visited. For example, being told my ordered equipment is out for 3 months when it was in a back room. I will be returning to this specific store for all future purchases and phone upgrades... if they keep the same practice ethics, of course. :)”

“I just had the best 7-Eleven experience I have ever had. To start I had to use the restroom and the restroom was easily the cleanest gas station restroom I’ve ever used. Then I was shocked I got coffee that the area was not a mess like every other convenience store coffee area, but it was actually 100% clean. Best part they literally had every flavor of creamer and syrup you could ever want, and some I didn’t even know existed. Look at those pics!!! AMAZING!!
Then when I checked out JJ was kind, friendly & helpful. What a Fabulous 711!!! I will definitely be back. Thank you!”
